Cannabis edibles maker Wana Brands has landed a deal in which its line of hemp-derived THC-infused beverages will be carried at Total Wine & More locations in nine states across the country.

According to a company news release, the liquor retail giant will sell 12-ounce cans of Wana Beverages in three flavors:

  • Wana Lemonade Balance Blend, with 5 milligrams of CBD, 5 milligrams of CBD and 5 milligrams of THC.
  • Wana Strawberry Lemonade Balance Blend, with 10 milligrams of CBG, 10 milligrams of CBD and 10 milligrams of THC.
  • Wana Raspberry Tea Relax Blend, with 5 milligrams CBG, 5 milligrams CBD and 5 milligrams of THC.

“Expanding our retail footprint through a partnership with Total Wine & More reflects Wana’s commitment to growth and innovation, while reinforcing our mission to enhance lives through plant-powered products,” Joe Hodas, the president of Boulder, Colorado-based Wana Brands, a subsidiary of Canopy USA, said in a statement.

Wana Beverages are formulated using high-quality, hemp-derived cannabinoids that provide specific effects, from an uplifting buzz to deep relaxation, the release noted.

“With the demand for alcohol alternatives at an all-time high, collaborating with Total Wine & More provides a unique opportunity to expand Wana’s premium selection of THC-infused beverages to a new segment of cannabis-curious consumers across the country,” said Brooks Jorgensen, president of Canopy USA.

Total Wine also recently reached a deal to carry Curaleaf Holdings’ hemp-derived THC beverages.
